Forthcoming Article “Multiple Nationality and Refugees” Cited in Journal on Migration an

A forthcoming Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law article authored by Professor Jon Bauer, “Multiple Nationality and Refugees,” was recently cited in the Journal on Migration and Human Security. In “The Intersection of Statelessness and Refugee Protection in US Asylum Policy,” Professor Maryellen Fullerton cites Professor Bauer’s article in her discussion of multiple nationality, the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, and the Refugee Act of 1980.
