SUBSCRIPTIONS

Designed to serve the interests of both the practitioner and the theoretician, the Journal is distributed worldwide. Subscriptions beginning with Volume 49 are $35.00 per year for domestic; $40.00 international.  Individual issues are $10.00 for domestic; $11.00 international. Orders for subscriptions or single issues may enclose payment or request billing, and should include the subscriber’s complete mailing address.
